    Normally, I use low-fat fresh sheep’s ricotta in here, for more deliciousness! I love the topped sprinkled polenta on top here,…That is new for me! x Yummm! Beautiful captivating photos too, dear Serena! 🙂 A big YUM!

    1. Thank you so much for the nice words! Yes, this is a classic! Ricotta, spinach and parmesan is one of the best flavour combination in traditional Italian recipes, I think. I love the idea of using low- fat goat ricotta, a nice personal touch! 🙂
